Things to Think About Before You Finish
Moisture. Any water issues need to be solved first. We can do that as part of the project.
Headroom. Code requires at least 7 feet of finished ceiling height in most areas. If your basement is shorter, we have to plan around that.
Egress. If you want a bedroom down there, you need a proper exit window. We install those.
