Membership FAQ
01What if I don't use my hours?+
Bronze and Silver maintenance hours are use-it-or-lose-it on a yearly basis. Gold hours are flexible across the year. We will send reminders so you do not leave value on the table.
02Will I have the same technician?+
Whenever possible, yes. Especially for Silver and Gold members. We assign a dedicated technician who learns your property and your preferences.
03Are emergency calls covered?+
Members get priority response within 24 hours. After-hours emergencies may carry an additional charge but you always get priority over non-members.
04Does the membership cover materials?+
Standard consumable materials (caulk, nails, screws, basic fasteners) are included. Specialty materials and large parts are purchased separately, though Gold members get a $150 annual material allowance.
05Do you price match?+
Yes. We make our best effort to match quotes from other reputable contractors while still maintaining your member discount.
06Can I get a refund if I cancel?+
Yes for annual plans within 30 days, on any unused hours. Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days notice if hours are unused.
