Yes, Bronze and Silver monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days’ notice if the allotted maintenance hours were not utilized. If the hours were utilized, this membership will continue till the end of its term without a renewal. For the Bronze, Silver, and Gold annual plans, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any unused hours if you’re not completely satisfied with our service.
Gold membership hours are flexible and can be used for a wide range of maintenance tasks throughout the year. We’ll send reminders to help you maximize your hours and get the most value from your membership.

Basic consumable materials (standard caulk, nails, screws, fasteners, etc.) are included with all service visits. Specific parts, fixtures, or non-standard materials are purchased separately by the client or can be covered by the Gold Tier Material Allowance.
