Charles came to my home and listened to what I wanted and gave me a bid in a reasonably short time. I accepted and the work began.
They showed up at 8AM everyday and worked full days until the project was complete.
The job came in on budget and in the time frame agreed to. Very well organized and kept me in the loop as the job progressed. Also answered my questions and listened to my concerns. If you want the job done right, on budget and in a reasonable time schedule...Don't hesitate to hire this company. I will use them again if the need arises."

After meeting with several contractors to get estimates for the painting of the exterior of our house, we selected Dutchy’s Quality Restoration for the job. Owner Charles Cote and one of his senior employees came to our home to look over the job and provide an estimate. They made an excellent impression and provided a very competitive bid. It wasn’t the lowest bid we received, but it was very fair. It’s always a roll of the dice when making a choice like this, but we couldn’t be happier with the work they did. We have a Tudor style home which required lots of detail work; caulking all the joints in the siding and making sure that the painting was neatly done. Charles and Seth did several walk arounds with us after the painting was completed to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. In fact, they noticed a few areas that needed touched up that we missed. They gladly took care of everything. In addition, they used the highest quality materials and were happy to take care of a few small extras when I asked them.
There is a brick wall that surrounds a portion of our home and separates a court yard from the lawn. Many bricks were deteriorating, and it just looked shabby. I asked Charles if they did masonry work, and he provided a very good estimate, since he had his crew would be here for the painting. It was quite a bit of work, and his crew did a beautiful job. 75 bricks were replaced and numerous mortar joints were redone. The wall now looks almost like new.
I can’t say enough about how nice everyone on the crew was, and how hard they worked. They arrived on time each day, and worked until the job was completed. These guys know what they’re doing, and painting and masonry work are just two of the many services they offer. We’ll be having them back in the fall do redo the floors on the main level of our house. I highly recommend Dutchy’s Quality Restoration for any home improvement projects

I needed a stone windowsill replaced , as the original one had fallen out and broke. Dutchy's. Had to custom order a new replacement. He got a near perfect match of original stone windowsill .Also put in new mortar for all the windowsills and caulked as needed. Went the " extra mile " to repoint several areas of brickwall where needed. Did a top-notch outstanding job . They were careful around my flowerbeds. Excellent cleanup., too ! So glad I hired Dutchy's. Impressive work ! Definitely high quality 5 Star rating .

Owner Charles and his team did a total restoration of our 40+ year old bathroom. Removed the bulkhead above the tub area and all the old tile. Gutted it to the studs. Now we have a resort style curbless shower, heated floor, Bluetooth ceiling fan, floating sink/vanity, skirted toilet and pot ceiling lighting. Loving our new bathroom. Thanks to Dutchy’s. True craftsmen.

Charles and his team did an amazing job installing a retaining wall and half bath. They also did some electrical work for us. They came early morning and worked until 3 or over. He made sure all the work done right and took us for a walk through in the end. He used high quality materials. He sat down with us at the beginning and we explained what we wanted and gave us some better options we didn't think about. They were very thoughtful and respectful of us and our home. They cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the concrete steps and porch that they replaced.Their work was done well.They finished in a reasonable time and did a great job of clean up afterwards.Will consider hiring them for anymore projects I have.
