We were founded in 2014 by Charles Coté in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. We have been a family-owned general contractor in this area for more than ten years.

Yes. We hold a Pennsylvania contractor license and we carry full general liability and workers compensation insurance. We are happy to provide documentation any time.

Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation estimate. We come look at the work, ask the right questions, and give you a real number in writing.

Most projects are quoted as a single fixed price based on the scope of work. Larger projects may be broken into phases. We do not charge by the hour for project work, though our membership program does include allotted service hours.

Yes for most projects. Deposit amounts vary by project size. We use deposits to order materials and reserve crew time, never to fund other jobs.

It depends on the project and how booked we are. Smaller jobs can sometimes start within a week or two. Larger projects usually start within four to eight weeks of signing.

Bathroom remodel: 2 to 4 weeks. Kitchen remodel: 6 to 10 weeks. Deck build: 1 to 3 weeks. Addition: 3 to 6 months. Basement finish: 6 to 12 weeks. Painting: 1 to 5 days per room.

Yes. Permits are our responsibility on every job that needs one. We handle the application, inspections, and final sign-off.

Change orders happen. When they do, we put the change in writing with the new cost and the new timeline impact, and we get your sign-off before doing the work.

Sometimes. We try to keep weekends for our families, but for commercial work or emergency situations, yes.

We warranty our installation labor for one year. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty (often much longer for things like windows and composite decking).
