Membership Terms of Service

These terms apply to members of the Dutchy's Quality Restoration maintenance program. Specific plan details are listed on the Membership page.
Term and billing
Memberships are billed annually or monthly depending on the plan you choose. Annual plans may be canceled within 30 days for a refund of unused hours. Monthly plans may be canceled with 30 days notice.
Service hours
Bronze and Silver hours are use-it-or-lose-it on a yearly basis. Gold hours are flexible across the year.
Emergency response
Members receive priority response within 24 hours. After-hours emergencies may carry an additional charge but always receive priority over non-members.
Materials
Standard consumable materials are included. Specialty materials and large parts are billed separately. Gold members receive a $150 annual material allowance.
